Hello, I'm "Ruthann" the owner of Homemaker Creations. I am a mother of two, a wife and an artist. I have been an artist for 9 years and an artist in the furry fandom for 6 years. I make many types of subjects from furry to fanart landscapes and many more. My main medium is digital art using ibisx paint. But I have the ability to make traditional sketches, oil paintings and sculptures.

1 initial rough sketch will be sent for approval
Any update sketches can be sent if asked for and one might be sent without asking depending on time size etc of the piece.
When the piece is finished a watermarked version will be sent to you for approval then when approved the last 50% of pay will be sent and the unwatermarked version will be sent to your email, DM of choice or accessible Google drive folder.
Once the unwatermarked marked version is sent to you it is yours to do as you please with it.
CANCELLATION
you cancel at anytime.
Before the rough sketch is sent you will get your 50% back
Anytime after the rough sketch you will not get the initial 50% back but you do not own the whole 100% payment.
After the watermark version or unwatermarked version
There is NO CANCELLATION after this moment you do own 100% of the payment.
